i just got a cake in from you and it was broken all to pcs it waas from lisa stonehouse and there was no packing in it shame waste all that time baking ship ups not marked fragile and broken when arrived

Lysa Jenkins OMG, just got your message! Are you serious. It was completely wrapped, in a cake container, and packed around the outside. Will take care of it for both of you. Lysa Jenkins

Johnita Jones it was in cake container however was sliding around in a flat rate box nothing to steady it so broken is how it got here whole top is broken rest seems intact

Lysa Jenkins That cake is a pound cake that is naturally cracked on top. It bakes for 1 hour and 30 minutes. It looks rustic, it looks cracked. Unless it is broken and not whole, it is not a broken cake that say, had a rough trip. Will contact you on Monday. Lysa
